Activating Change Champions Through Networks

Change initiatives often succeed because of trusted voices inside the organization. Those voices are your change champions, but how do you identify and onboard them? 

Our upcoming Change Café will explore how change leaders can intentionally identify, recruit, and activate champions by tapping into the networks that already influence the organization.

Participants will briefly explore how change leadership is evolving and then move into a collaborative exercise built around a real-world scenario. Together, attendees will design a quick Change Champion Activation Plan that focuses on identifying the right influencers, building trust, and sustaining engagement during change.

This session is designed as a working conversation where participants can exchange ideas, learn from peers, and leave with practical approaches they can use immediately.
