President

Aaron is Director of Change Management at "TAG.", a global marketing company. He has a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and holds the following certifications: CCMP, Prosci, PMP, CSM, SAFE, Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Connect with Aaron. 

Taniya Shaikh

Vice-President

Taniya is a Change Management Leader at Cisco Systems. With an education in Marketing, Taniya holds her Prosci certification as well as is ECBA certified in Business Analysis.  Connect with Taniya.

Diane McGowan

Treasurer

Diane is a Prosci certified Change Management professional with an MBA and MS in Organization Development with a love for both people and spreadsheets.

Ian Matchett

Secretary

Ian is Director of Change Management at Edward Jones. He has over 20 years of experience in change management and holds the following certifications: CCMP, Prosci, CSM, Six Sigma Green Belt.

Committee Directors

Our committees have directors representing the two largest cities in North Carolina: Charlotte and Raleigh. As we expand our footprint across both North and South Carolina, we expect other representatives from other locations will be added to these committees. 

Robin Hyatt

Marketing & Communications

Robin is a Change Management professional with experience in the technology, financial services and retail sectors. She is Prosci certified and holds an MBA.  

Cindy Clemmer

Events (Charlotte)

Cindy is a Lead Change Manager with experience in digital transformation products for the utility industry. She is CCMP and Prosci certified and holds a Master of Organizational and Industrial Psychology degree.

Amy Leme

Events (Raleigh/Durham) - Interim

Amy is a Prosci certified Change Manager with international experience in ERP implementations and business transformation. She received her BA in Business from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Vanderbilt. She has worked in both client services and internally, as she is now doing at SAS. Amy resides in Raleigh, NC.

Caroline Martinez

Membership (Interim)

Caroline is a leadership coach with a passion for helping organizations through change. She is the Director of Organizational Strategy at CEEK, specializes in Organizational Development and Change Management. Caroline is Prosci certified, a PMI certified project manager. and presented at ACMP global 2023.

 Julie Letz

Sponsorship

Julie is a Prosci certified Strategy & Change Management Consultant with HCL Tech. She received a BA in Marketing and Management from the University of Northern Iowa and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Julie resides in Charlotte, NC.

Sarah Lemmons Lowe

South Carolina Region Director

Sarah is a certified Change Management Practitioner and Leadership Coach. She is certified in Prosci and via the Neuroleadership Institute (NLI). She has an MS in public policy and peacekeeping operations from George Mason University. She is a Portfolio Manager with Evans Consulting in Falls Church, VA and lives in Greenville, SC.
