From Doubt to Resilience: Leading Change in Uncertain Times
Change managers often face resistance, skepticism, and self-doubt, both from stakeholders and within themselves. This session explores practical tools and stories of how resilience can be built across teams to embrace uncertainty, turn doubt into confidence, and create sustainable momentum during transformations. Participants will walk away with techniques to foster resilience at individual, team, and organizational levels.
Meet our Speaker: Liliana Hernandez
Liliana Hernandez is the Organizational Change Manager for Michelin’s North America B2B & B2C Sales. Her career spans roles in change management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, digital transformation, and organizational change. Her career path includes corporate leadership roles at Michelin and CEMEX, as well as consulting experience across multiple industries, where she helped leaders and teams navigate complex transitions with a measurable impact. She is a certified change management professional recognized for guiding large-scale transformations with a people-centered approach that drives adoption and long-term impact.
