About This Event
ACMP Carolinas is excited to partner with ICF Carolinas for a special kickoff event during International Coaching Week 2026.
As organizations navigate increasing complexity, disruption, and change fatigue, successful transformation requires more than process alone — and more than coaching alone. It requires both.
The Power of Both explores what becomes possible when change management and coaching work in partnership rather than in parallel.
This session will:
- Highlight where coaching and change management intersect
- Explore what each discipline uniquely contributes
- Demonstrate how their combined value drives stronger transformation outcomes
This event also marks the launch of a joint ACMP–ICF Carolinas collaboration, setting the stage for an ongoing learning series focused on practical application, cross-disciplinary connection, and the future of human-centered transformation.
