Change resistance – it's one of the most perplexing challenges for change managers. Join the ACM Carolinas Chapter Book Club as we read the latest book on this topic, “Wired to Resist: The Brain Science of Why Change Fails and a New Model for Driving Success,” by Britt Andreatta.
