The Change Management Center of Excellence at Duke Energy created an enterprise change canvas to both set and deliver consistent expectations for change strategy, delivery and metrics across Duke Energy. Our "change on a page," leverages Prosci tools and company lessons learned, is designed to:

• Establish a consistent delivery standard for change strategy, metrics and delivery
• Align project leaders, team members and sponsors
• Set a foundation for data driven change plans and activities

She joined Duke Energy in 2018 as a change manager for the Customer Connect program and now supports the Change Management Center of Excellence.
