If you're like most change professionals, you've been a part of good projects, great projects and poor projects, projects that have succeeded and initiatives that have failed. Offerings that your customers couldn't wait to use and those where your users were confused as to what value you were trying to add. Resistance may be futile, but, honestly, it's to be expected. Adoption is the goal. Through adoption we can see the behavior change that so clearly defines the success of an innovation and change initiative.

What if you had more control, or even complete control, over the success or failure of your initiatives? What if you always have and you just didn't know? Pathways is a new concept within the world of Experience Design and is one of the keys to ensuring the success of what you're trying to achieve. Come and take part in an interactive discussion about how we can learn to recognize and intentionally build "adoption" into our innovation framework, our products and services!
