On Feb. 7, ACMP Charlotte, Alfred Williams & Company and BHDP Architecture hosted a joint event featuring Patrick Donnelly (Owner and Workplace Strategist at BHDP Architecture).  Patrick provided context of both human and organizational change and the journey we take when implementing change.  He emphasized the need for organizations to integrate change management into the design of spaces and the importance of focusing on the people who will be impacted by changes to their environment.   The case studies provided by BHDP described how change management or better stated, change leadership can be fully integrated when designing workplaces in order to truly drive adoption of new organizational culture and ways of working. It was an inspiring and educational morning!

Considering it was a week of tornadoes and school closings…we had a great turnout for this event.
