Steve Bouchard is the Founder of Insight Solutions and serves as Faculty Director for XChange, an organization that leads whole system change initiatives and trains facilitators throughout the world in a unique, strength-based methodology used to design and facilitate meetings, retreats, summits and conferences, both in-person and online. Steve has over 15-years of corporate experience in Sales, Operations and Global Business and has a passion for helping his clients "perform at their best". Steve is working with Amir and other Charlotte area business leaders to establish a Conscious Capitalism community here in Charlotte.
Amir Poonsakvarasan is a Senior Manager with Jabian Consulting. He has 14 years of organizational change and transformation experience. He has supported an array of clients across the public and private sectors realize their strategic vision. He has been leading an effort with Steve to establish a Conscious Capitalism community in the Charlotte region.
